Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Associate for its Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will join the 3rd through 5th year associate class with substantial experience in international, federal, and state privacy laws.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating privacy policies and data protection agreements, conducting privacy impact assessments, managing incident responses, and supporting AI regulation matters.

Qualifications

• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and related privacy laws.
• Strong academic credentials and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review privacy policies and data protection agreements.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and transactional privacy due diligence.
