The role involves drafting and negotiating privacy provisions, conducting privacy impact assessments, managing incident responses, and supporting privacy litigation and AI regulation matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with international, federal, and state privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Strong academic credentials and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for domestic and overseas travel.
