Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Associate in Boston for 3rd through 5th year associates, joining the Privacy and Data Security practice.

The role focuses on advising on GDPR and CCPA, drafting policies and data protection agreements, and supporting incident response, investigations, and related regulatory matters.

A JD is required; bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction is preferred; willingness to travel domestically and overseas.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review privacy policies and data protection agreements.
• Draft privacy and security provisions of contracts.

• Engage in incident response and regulatory investigations.
