Experience in technology sectors or government regulation is preferred, and CIPP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with technology industries or government regulation preferred.
• Familiarity with FTC policy and enforcement is desirable.
• Superior academic credentials required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in investigations by the FTC and state Attorneys General.
• Advise on data collection, usage, and compliance with privacy laws.
• Develop responses to security breaches.
• Create and audit privacy and cybersecurity policies.
• Implement global compliance programs.
