You will be the technical authority, guiding architecture, integrations, and best practices while coordinating with account teams to mitigate risks and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in security architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge securing cloud workloads on major cloud providers.
• Scripting or coding in Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps tools, and CI/CD systems.
• Cloud security expertise in CSPM/CWPP/CIMP/CNAPP or vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Co-create with customers to develop value realization plans for platform adoption and business outcomes.
• Serve as the designated technical authority and provide expert guidance.
• Design and implement security solutions for customers.
• Advise customers on security best practices and deployments.
• Assist with custom integrations and product integration with customer security architecture.
• Advocate for customers, guiding product roadmap and process improvements.
• Ensure customers maximize ROI with the product.
• Identify and mitigate risks with the account team.
• Educate customers and evangelize product benefits.
• Oversee customer support requests and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams.
• Develop playbooks for common technical challenges.
• Partner with regional sales teams for onboarding activities.
• Guide customers through deployment journey to demonstrate value.
