About The Job

We seek an adaptable, results-driven Content Developer to join our team. This role combines cybersecurity expertise, lab development, and technical content creation to develop engaging online courses and certifications. Success requires creative problem solving, attention to detail, and managing multiple projects independently while collaborating with peers. Experience with cybersecurity certifications, training content creation, virtual lab design/testing, and broad cybersecurity knowledge is essential.

Preferred expertise includes: Azure/Microsoft Active Directory, ML/LLMs, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Mobile Security.

Responsibilities

1. Course Development: Create hands-on cybersecurity instructional content, review and refine materials, and collaborate with teams for seamless content integration.
2. Content Engineering: Design cybersecurity training environments, develop build guides, and ensure labs integrate smoothly into learning platforms.
3. Applied Technical Expertise: Use deep cybersecurity knowledge to design realistic challenges, test and validate content, and incorporate emerging threats and techniques.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, lab creation, and content development
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory attacks
• Proficiency in PowerShell, C#, and Python
• Experience bypassing security solutions like antivirus and EDR
• Strong communication, research, and explanatory skills
• Familiarity with content development principles and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment
