About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Lead Content Developer to lead our content team. This role requires cybersecurity expertise, lab development skills, instructional design, and mentorship abilities. You will develop top-tier cybersecurity training content and mentor team members.

You will oversee the design and delivery of practical, industry-aligned training content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning materials and environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design and deep cybersecurity knowledge, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and pedagogically effective.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Content Leadership & Development: Lead the design, development, and improvement of cybersecurity training content, focusing on hands-on labs and learner-centric design. Mentor content developers and oversee content integration into learning paths.
• Instructional Design & Learning Experience: Create scenario-based challenges, apply best practices, develop assessments, and ensure continuous content improvement.
• Content Engineering & Technical Oversight: Collaborate on technical training environments, oversee lab functionality, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Applied Expertise & Thought Leadership: Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, validate content quality, and foster innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, content development, and instructional design, with leadership and mentoring experience.
• Expertise in at least two areas such as cloud security, incident response, threat hunting, OT security, forensics, or mobile security.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience creating virtual labs and simulations using various technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with global, cross-cultural teams is preferred.
