Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead to oversee CMMC management and security infrastructure operations in Arlington, VA. The role requires obtaining/maintaining a U.S. Government Security Clearance and leads efforts across compliance, risk, and security architecture.

You will manage CMMC readiness, apply NIST and DFARS controls, and coordinate with defense contractors. A bachelor’s in a related field and 10+ years in cybersecurity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related IT field.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• High-level understanding of enterprise security tools and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMMC readiness and compliance with NIST SP 800-171/800-53 and DFARS.
• Design and manage security controls to protect CUI.
• Develop and manage supply chain cybersecurity risk assessment framework.
• Deploy and operate enterprise security solutions and monitor vulnerabilities.
