Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to support a government customer in Arlington, Virginia. The role is 100% on-site with responsibilities spanning RMF, FISMA, and DoD cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability analysis, and incident response support. Applicants must hold U.S.

citizenship, a Top Secret clearance, and DoD 8140.03 / DCWF certifications. Bachelor’s in CS with 4–7 years in a lead/senior role is required, with strong eMASS experience

Qualifications

Bachelor in CS or related field with 4–7 years in lead/senior cybersecurity.
IAM Level II certs per AR 25-2 and DA Pam 25-2-6 at onboarding.
Meet mandatory DoD 8140.03 / DCWF certification requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute continuous system auditing within eMASS.
Distribute compliance tasks among stakeholders.
Support ATO sustainment and RMF/FISMA/PPSM compliance.
Perform advanced vulnerability scanning analysis.
Conduct IT personnel security audits and incident response support.
Deliver localized cybersecurity awareness training.
