Job summary

Summit 7 Systems is seeking a mid-level Compliance Analyst to support CMMC readiness and certification efforts. You will help review and update cybersecurity documentation and assist with System Security Plans and related artifacts to ensure compliance for client projects.

The role requires US citizenship, strong communication skills, and a CCP certification (or plan to obtain within six months). You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain adherence to NIST standards and federal

Qualifications

Background in NIST SP.800-171, SP.800-53 and related standards.
US Citizenship with ability to pass extensive background checks.
CCP certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review, develop, update, and maintain cybersecurity documentation (policies, plans, procedures).
Assist in developing System Security Plans and POA&Ms and related monitoring schedules.
Participate in security assessments across on-premises and cloud environments.
Collaborate with internal teams to apply knowledge of NIST and CMMC requirements.
Identify client issues and propose effective solutions.
