Job summary

Summit 7 Systems is seeking a mid-level Compliance Analyst to support CMMC readiness and certification efforts. You will review cybersecurity documentation and assist in creating and maintaining security plans and POA&Ms, coordinating assessments across environments.

The ideal candidate holds CCP certification or will obtain it within six months, and demonstrates strong writing, collaboration, and analytical skills in a security-focused role.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Familiarity with NIST SP.800-171, 800-53, and related standards.
• CCP certification within 6 months if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain cybersecurity documentation (policies, plans, procedures).
• Support System Security Plans and POA&Ms, schedules, and evidence collection.
• Assist in security assessments across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with teams to apply NIST/DFARS/CMMC requirements.
• Identify gaps and offer compliant solutions.
