Job summary

CLS is seeking a Cyber Business Manager within IT Security to align security programs with CLS goals and drive governance, budgeting, and supplier engagement.

You will partner with the Office of the CIO and business units to implement frameworks, approvals, and reporting while managing capacity, procurement, and staff planning in a regulated environment.

This full-time hybrid role in the US offers a salary range of $165,000–$185,000 with variable pay, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, operations, or program management (6-8 years) with ~4-5 years in a cyber security/tech function.
• Experience in highly regulated environments and adherence to compliance standards.
• Proven ability to report project progress and technical insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce development initiatives and align performance with security objectives.
• Advise business units on security requirements and communicate risk within the business context.
• Foster collaboration between IT Security and business stakeholders for BAU and non-BAU projects.
