Job summary

Koniag Government Services seeks a Cybersecurity Resource Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support KITS and our government customer at the Mark Center, Alexandria, VA. This is a Hybrid position that requires 1-4 days on-site.

The role oversees budgeting, execution, and DoD funding processes for a portfolio of 15+ contracts totaling over $100 million annually, demanding independent spend plan development and leadership briefings. Strong DoD finance expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of DoD financial management or budget execution experience.
• Experience creating and managing funding packages (IGCEs, PWSs, DD Form 7600).
• Experience with MIPR/PR preparation and processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual spend plans with high accuracy.
• Produce monthly/quarterly forecasts for funding lines and contracts.
• Coordinate with contracting officers for obligations and execution.
• Track obligations, expenditures, and burn rates; provide variance analysis.
• Advise program managers on funding strategies to optimize execution.
