The Northern Trust Company is seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness & Social Engineering Program Lead to strengthen how the organization identifies and responds to human cyber risk. You will lead enterprise phishing and social engineering simulations and develop role-based training for diverse employee groups.

Based in Chicago, you will collaborate with cybersecurity, technology, risk, compliance, and communications teams to improve secure behaviors.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity experience with phishing, social engineering and related threats.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing end-to-end campaigns.
• Strong ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of enterprise phishing and social engineering simulations.
• Design realistic, risk-based scenarios aligned with threats and risk themes.
• Manage simulation platforms such as KnowBe4 or Proofpoint, incl. setup and integrations.
• Analyze results to identify high-risk groups and education opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and leadership reporting on key measures and improvements.
• Create targeted cybersecurity education for different employee populations.
• Coordinate across cybersecurity, technology, risk, compliance, and communications.
• Evolve the program with new threats, data, and behavior insights.
