Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial management, workforce planning, or operational management within a technology or security organization.
• Working knowledge of security controls, audit, risk management, and corporate policy environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track, measure, and elevate security controls, standards, and corporate policies with documentation and evidence.
• Prepare audit and examination responses by assembling evidence and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Monitor findings, remediation commitments, policy exceptions, and progress evidence.
• Maintain governance reporting and escalate issues to resolution.
• Develop and manage department budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
