Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant (Footprint/CMDB) in New York to establish and maintain internet footprint in CMDB (Helix) and to work with asset/ configuration management tools. You will collaborate with application teams and operational units, confirm asset ownership, and ensure timely asset registration while supporting vulnerability management and security scanning.

Strong English and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CMDB, asset and configuration management experience.
• 3–5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with Helix CMDB or ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of vulnerability management and security scanning.
• Knowledge of web and application security concepts.
• Understanding of internet infrastructure: DNS, PKI, load balancing, CDN.
• Experience collaborating with application teams and operational units.
• Strong communication skills for technical audiences.
• Very good command of English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain internet footprint in CMDB (Helix).
• Maintain tools related to asset and configuration management.
• Collaborate with application teams and operational units (DNS, network).
• Identify and confirm asset ownership.
• Ensure accurate and timely asset registration.
• Support compliance of internet-exposed assets.
• Map exposed assets to ownership in repositories.
• Facilitate rapid vulnerability response via ownership visibility.
• Coordinate communication between Cyber Security and asset owners.
• Manage communication channels and data stores.
