Cybersecurity Engineer – Assessement Project

Location: New York City (Manhattan Financial District) OR Jersey City, NJ (Journal Square area)

Contract – 3 months, potential extension. W2 only.

CDW is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join a strategic assessment initiative focused on strengthening enterprise IT and OT security. This role offers the chance to work on a high-impact project applying industry-leading frameworks to evaluate and enhance cybersecurity posture.

Your role will be to: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of cybersecurity programs and protocols using NIST CSF 2.0 and COBIT maturity models. This will involve:

• IT Systems: ERP, CRM, DBMS, networking, cloud
• OT Systems: IPS, BAS, PLC, EMS, transportation control
• Phase 1: Current-State Cybersecurity Review
• Phase 2: Organizational Structure & Governance Analysis
• Phase 4: Final Consolidated Recommendations

Required Certifications

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
