ManpowerGroup is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to join its client’s IT and security function in the St. Louis metro area, focusing on securing both IT and manufacturing environments.

You will architect and implement enterprise-grade security solutions, develop architecture documentation, and lead incident response, threat hunting, and risk management initiatives to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity roles with enterprise architecture and technical oversight.
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and processes, including remediation and compliance.
• Experience with manufacturing OT environments (ICS/SCADA, PLC networks, and industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, or DNP3) including network segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust architectures in OT environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions across IT and manufacturing environments.
• Develop and maintain security architecture documentation, standards, and implementation guidance.
• Evaluate, deploy, and optimize security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, DLP, DSPM, and Zero Trust.
• Lead complex incident response and forensic investigations, including threat detection and prevention design.
• Perform proactive threat hunting, risk assessments, and vulnerability management to strengthen security posture.
