Job summary

Hussmann in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of security across IT and OT environments. You will influence cross-functional teams and shape security architecture and standards. OT/ICS experience is essential.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive security initiatives across manufacturing operations while aligning with regulatory requirements like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cybersecurity roles with progressive responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cybersecurity solutions across IT and OT environments
• Develop and maintain security architecture documentation and standards
• Evaluate and deploy security technologies (SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, DLP, DSPM, Zero Trust)
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC, SOC2
• Lead incident response and forensic investigations
• Design and manage threat detection and prevention systems
• Perform proactive threat hunting and risk assessments
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure infrastructure
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines
• Oversee vulnerability management tools and processes
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
• Lead IT projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with business leaders and vendors to embed security into systems
