Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst – Analysis and Administration to support DHRA cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support. The role requires Active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a bachelor’s degree with five years of experience.

Location includes Seaside, CA and Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities include correlating data from scanners and SIEMs, identifying vulnerabilities, and producing the monthly DHRA risk reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience.
• US citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance is required when duties involve classified information or SIPRNet access.

Responsibilities

• Correlate and analyze data from vulnerability scanners, intrusion-detection systems, SIEM platforms, red-team findings, and other Government-provided tools.
• Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and deviations from security baselines and prioritize risk by severity, exploitability, and mission impact.
• Consider DCDC, DoD CIO, DHRA, and open-source threat information when evaluating the enterprise cyber risk posture.
• Develop the monthly DHRA Cybersecurity Risk Reduction and Compliance Report with actionable mitigation and compliance recommendations.
• Apply intermediate or senior information-assurance expertise in scanning, mitigation, compliance analysis, Government security standards, product assessment, and Tier 2 or Tier 3 troubleshooting, as applicable to the assigned LCAT.
