Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions seeks a Business Analyst – Plans, Reports, and Documentation to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity, privacy, records, and information management for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(PR). The role is on-site with Seaside, CA or Alexandria, VA locations and requires U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, producing plans and reports, managing risk, and coordinating with government and contractor staff.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Active Secret clearance for duties requiring classified information or SIPRNet access.
• Business Analyst I requires a BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of experience.
• Business Analyst II requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and current order documentation and support preparation of required plans, reports, and work artifacts.
• Develop and maintain the Risk Management Plan addressing cost, schedule, technical, project, program, security, operations, and technology risks.
• Document risks in the Government-approved risk management system and support weekly risk reviews with appropriate Government staff.
• Support meeting summaries and trip reports, including activity summaries, action items, travel purpose, and required receipts.
• Compile accurate status information for project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, corrective actions, personnel status, and Government actions.
• Serve as an interface with Government and contractor stakeholders to analyze business and reporting needs, document requirements, and coordinate procedures and communications.

Education

BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
