Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst – Plans, Reports, and Documentation to support DHRA programs, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Active Secret clearance required; location includes Seaside, CA and Alexandria, VA.

The role involves documenting requirements, coordinating with government staff, and producing plans and reports. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field with extensive experience in risk management, documentation, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and current order documentation and support preparation of required plans, reports, and work artifacts.
• Develop and maintain the Risk Management Plan addressing cost, schedule, technical, project, program, security, operations, and technology risks.
• Document risks in the Government-approved risk management system and support weekly risk reviews with appropriate Government staff.
• Support meeting summaries and trip reports, including activity summaries, action items, travel purpose, and required receipts.
• Compile accurate status information for project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, corrective actions, personnel status, and Government actions.
• Serve as an interface with Government and contractor stakeholders to analyze business and reporting needs, document requirements, and coordinate procedures and communications.
