Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst Lead to support Test Operations at Tunnel 9, White Oak, MD. The role focuses on maintaining secure information systems, applying policies, and coordinating with ISSM/ISSO to architect secure solutions.

The candidate will implement SIEM, manage patching, perform security assessments, and ensure compliance with SSP. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and 2+ years of information security or network administration experience, or Master’s degree with no experience, or 6+ years with high school diploma.
• One year experience configuring, administering or troubleshooting Windows and Linux.
• One year ISSM/ISSO duties.
• Must obtain/maintain active security clearance and access to AEDC network.
• US citizenship required for contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day information system security operations as ISSO.
• Capture and refine security requirements into information systems.
• Implement security practices and patch management per SSP.
• Oversee continuous monitoring and audits per SSP.
• Implement SIEM tools to monitor security.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
