Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst / ISSO for Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs, CO. Active TS/SCI clearance is required. You will ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of per security policies and RMF requirements.

Responsibilities include RMF package handling, vulnerability tracking, security configuration baselines, and collaboration with teams to improve security controls for mission systems.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• DoD 8140.01 certification, Security+.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with RMF Rev.4/5, NIST standards and DISA STIG governance.
• Agile Lifecycle knowledge from requirements to remediation.
• Strong technical documentation and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of CIA concepts: patch management, MFA, host-based security, IDS, SIEM, defense-in-depth.
• Analytical skills for known vulnerabilities and system compliance.

Responsibilities

• Convert accreditation packages from DoDRMF Rev.4 to Rev.5.
• Track vulnerabilities and mitigation results; maintain vulnerability policies and training.
• Apply security policies to meet system objectives.
• Implement updates, patches and security configurations while preserving performance.
• Maintain security baseline for control systems and IT components.
• Execute RMF assessments and document records (RMF) for control systems.
• Maintain knowledge of control system security and interfaces with IT.
