Job summary

BAE Systems (Air and Space Force Solutions) seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst (ISSO) to support Information Services at Hill Air Force Base, UT. This onsite role requires DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher on hire and active Secret clearance, with Top Secret preferred.

You will develop cybersecurity documentation, perform reviews of access requests, support RMF-based risk mitigation, and assist with continuous monitoring and POA&Ms.

Qualifications

• Education options: HS with 11+ years; BA/BS with 7+ years; MA/MS with 5+ years.
• Certification: DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level I or higher on hire date.
• US citizenship required due to government contract.
• Active final Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.
• Experience with RMF and cybersecurity methodologies.
• Strong communication and independent work capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity documentation and perform peer reviews.
• Conduct cybersecurity reviews of access request forms.
• Support system hardening verification efforts.
• Provide cybersecurity support for the change management process.
• Perform continuous monitoring tasks and track POA&Ms.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
