Midland States Bank invites applications for a Security Analyst internship based in our St. Louis, Missouri office. The program runs from mid-May to early August 2027 and pays $18 per hour.

You will assist with updating security awareness training, vulnerability management, governance, and threat intelligence while collaborating with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams and protecting confidential information. A 40-hour work week and current college enrollment required.

Qualificações

• Enrollment in a college degree program with at least two years completed.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Must reside in the St. Louis, Missouri area and work from our St. Louis office.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Update and improve security awareness training materials and initiatives.
• Support information security activities in vulnerability management, governance, and policy development.
• Assist with threat intelligence activities and explore automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT, Risk Management, Compliance, and other units.
• Apply analytical skills to information security projects while protecting confidential data.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
