Qualifications

• Certifications: Network+, A+, CEH, SANS 100 level or similar.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts, endpoint detections, and event data.
• Perform initial triage, investigation, and escalation of incidents.
• Use cybersecurity tools to investigate detections and support containment.
• Maintain accurate case notes and operational documentation.
• Participate in security audits, tabletop exercises, and process improvements.
