Job summary

Financial Plus Credit Union is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong infrastructure background to protect members, systems, and data. This role spans endpoint, network, and cloud security, including vulnerability management, patching, and hardening of Microsoft 365 and Azure.

As an individual contributor, you will own day-to-day security operations, drive remediation, and collaborate with IT teams to embed security in new projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure or security role.
• Hands-on with modern security stacks (Cato Networks or CrowdStrike).
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation.
• Experience with vulnerability and patch management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security administration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day security operations across endpoints, network, and cloud.
• Administer and monitor security stack; respond to alerts and incidents.
• Lead vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation tracking.
• Own patch management program across systems and cloud workloads.
• Harden Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint.
• Manage Purview capabilities: DLP, labeling, retention, audits.
• Configure Intune endpoint security and conditional access.
• Secure Azure resources with least-privilege access.
• Enforce security best practices, network segmentation, logging.
• Support security audits and regulatory compliance.
