Job summary

Astrion is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional for HQACC Cybersecurity and Assess and Authorize Support at Langley, VA. The role focuses on RMF, A&A, and cyber policy development to support DoD mission systems.

The candidate should hold Top Secret clearance, IAM Level II, and CISM, with at least six years of recent related experience working with DoD and AF stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Possess Top Secret/SCI clearance and maintain eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• IAM Level II certification per DoDD 8140 and Cyberspace Workforce; CISM minimally required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and guide customer sponsored IT programs and base-level cyber policy.
• Collaborate with AF Authorizing Officials’ staff, HQ AF CIO, DoD counterparts to manage RMF efforts.
• Provide cybersecurity advice and support guidance for IT solutions to aid mission objectives.
• Support dissemination of AF/ program Cyber Security guidance for A&A actions and eMASS.
• Provide RMF/NIST or eMASS familiarization training for PMOs and units.
• Assist in NIPRNet/GIG SNAP or SIPRNet systems access and tracking.
• Represent MAJCOM in AF/DoD working groups to shape policy.
