Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Cybersecurity (ISSM) professional for Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on RMF, cyber security strategy, and system security across acquisition programs and QRC in a rapid development environment.

Must be US citizen with Top Secret clearance to support DoD missions. Responsibilities include RMF implementation, ATO support, cyber security artifact development, and continuous monitoring across weapon systems and networks.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field with 10+ years DoD experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of experience in the DoD-focused discipline
• 15 years of related experience with proper certifications per PWS requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide cyber security engineering support for traditional acquisition programs and Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC).
• Implement all RMF phases for weapon systems to generate unclassified and classified information.
• Develop and analyze cyber security artifacts to support the A&A process and achieve an ATO decision.
• Develop risk-reduction policies and comprehensive cyber security processes including continuous monitoring.
• Evaluate threat data and propose residual risk mitigations to senior DoD/AF leadership.
