Job summary

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Cybercrime & Illicit Finance Branch of ACB's Cross Border Programs in Washington, DC. The role involves program development, oversight, and interagency coordination to advance foreign policy objectives.

The position requires a bachelor's degree, 4–6 years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. On-site work at the DC location is expected; telework is limited.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a DoS security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven knowledge of federal policies, procedures, and budgeting processes.
• Experience drafting government reports and coordinating with interagency partners.

Responsibilities

• Drafts statements of work and coordinates with interagency partners to secure funding and monitor programs.
• Prepares technical, programmatic, and funding memoranda; assists with congressional responses and interagency documents.
• Oversees funding agreements, including grants training, budget processes, and procurement tasks.
• Advises on management and oversight of programs addressing cybercrime and illicit finance.
• Monitors and reports on INL programs to align with foreign assistance priorities.
• Maintains knowledge of cybercrime, cryptocurrency-enabled crime, and illicit finance issues.
