Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to support security-focused IT infrastructure projects in the United States. You will collaborate with client and on-site teams to design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk-based solutions, including Conjur integrations, and drive best practices in PAM and deployment automation.

The role requires hands-on security operations experience, CRM-style documentation, and coordination with offshore and vendor teams to ensure project alignment and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents and document findings.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and support due diligence to document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and create technical documentation.
• Coordinate release schedules and deployment readiness, perform post-deployment testing and version control.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and upgrades ensuring continuous integration with existing systems.
• Analyze performance data, coordinate insights on system behavior, and support capacity planning.
