Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global IT services leader, invites skilled Infra Consultants to join its US team. You will collaborate with clients to analyze, design, and implement secure, scalable IT infrastructures, focusing on CyberArk PAM and DevOps practices.

The role supports incident response, deployment readiness, and documentation across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors. Based in the US, you will work with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; option for 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Experience designing, implementing and managing CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts.
• Experience with CyberArk implementation and administration.
• Experience with monitoring security alerts related to privileged access.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analyses, and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective IT infrastructure solutions and produce technical docs.
• Coordinate deployments, test post‑deployment and manage version control.
• Schedule maintenance and upgrades while ensuring uninterrupted integration.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning.
• Conduct security checks and audits; implement security measures and continuity plans.
• Identify automation opportunities and propose efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document requirements.
• Develop a centralized repository of technical and procedural knowledge.
