Qualifications

• Experience with CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts.
• Experience with CyberArk implementation and administration.
• Experience in maintaining CyberArk infrastructure and upgrades.
• Experience in monitoring security alerts and incidents related to privileged access.
• Ability to integrate CyberArk with other security tools.
• Experience in documenting CyberArk configurations and procedures.
• Providing technical support and training on CyberArk usage.
• Experience onboarding applications to CyberArk Secrets Manager (Conjur) and CP/CCP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Assess client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable reports.
• Design scalable IT infrastructure solutions and document deployed systems.
• Coordinate release schedules, deployments, and post-deployment testing.
• Schedule maintenance and upgrades while ensuring uninterrupted integration.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document requirements.
• Develop a centralized knowledge repository for technical and procedural material.
