Job summary

Motion Recruitment is recruiting for an Information Security Engineer in Charlotte, NC on a 12-month contract (hybrid). You will serve as a technical lead for CyberArk initiatives, advise on enterprise PAM programs, and mentor mid-to-senior engineers while helping design highly available security platforms.

The role demands 5+ years in information security engineering, 7+ years in related fields, and hands-on CyberArk experience within a large financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security engineering experience.
• 7+ years in information security, infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or IAM.
• 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale PAM implementations.
• Experience designing and supporting highly available and mission-critical security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted challenges that require in-depth evaluation of factors including policies and compliance.
• Contribute to resolution of complex situations meeting deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate with client personnel.
• Serve as the technical lead for CyberArk engineering initiatives and enterprise PAM programs.
• Provide architectural guidance and engineering leadership for CyberArk platform capabilities.
• Drive technical strategy, platform modernization, and long-term PAM roadmap development.
• Lead design reviews, solution approvals, and engineering governance activities.
• Mentor and develop senior engineers, engineers, and early talent resources.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 7+ years of information security, infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or identity and access management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale PAM implementations and engineering teams.
• Experience designing and supporting highly available and mission-critical security platforms.

What You Will Be Doing
