Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Cybersecurity Privileged Access Technical Analyst to support the PAM environment centered on CyberArk. You will onboard accounts, manage credentials, run reports, and troubleshoot issues to ensure secure privileged access across the organization.

Requires hands-on CyberArk experience, IAM cybersecurity background, and a Bachelor’s degree. Healthcare experience is preferred; a CISSP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years IT and Cybersecurity experience required.
• 1+ years IAM cybersecurity experience required.
• 1+ years hands-on CyberArk experience required.
• 2+ years healthcare or related experience preferred.
• Certified Information Systems Security Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard accounts into CyberArk as defined by Penn Medicine.
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Ensure full operability of the CyberArk application.
• Execute project tasks related to the PAM discipline at Penn Medicine.
• Promote CyberArk adoption across AD domains and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to expand CyberArk use cases and drive risk reduction.
