Job summary

Moderna is seeking an experienced IAM security architect to own Privileged Access Management using CyberArk, shaping secure, scalable PAM solutions across global teams.

You will collaborate with DevOps, security, and infrastructure to implement designs, onboard privileged accounts, and document standards, policies, and training materials.

This role requires 8+ years in tech, 4–6+ in IAM, and strong English communication; CISSP/CISM/CISA are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS level technical degree or equivalent experience; CS or Math preferred.
• 8+ years in technology with 4-6+ years in IAM domain.
• 3+ years with CyberArk and Privileged Cloud tech; hands-on config and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for PAM program and CyberArk platform ownership.
• Configure, administer, and optimize CyberArk environments.
• Translate business needs into secure PAM designs and technical specs.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and infra teams on standards.
• Lead onboarding of privileged accounts into CyberArk and document processes.
