Job summary

KeyData Cyber, a leading IAM provider in North America, seeks a CyberArk Engineer to design, implement, administer, and optimize PAM for enterprise clients. You will secure privileged accounts across hybrid, on‑prem and cloud environments as part of the Delivery Services Team.

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (Hybrid—3 to 4 days onsite per week). Employment Type: Contract, immediate start through March 2027. 5+ years of CyberArk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands‑on CyberArk Engineering and PAM experience.
• Experience implementing CyberArk PAM components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP.
• Translate business requirements into PAM designs and technical docs.
• Knowledge of AD, LDAP, Windows, Linux/Unix, network security, enterprise infra.
• Onboard privileged/service accounts and manage credential lifecycles.
• Integrate CyberArk with MFA, SIEM, cloud platforms and third‑party tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Team player and self‑reliant; consulting experience is a plus.

• Perform upgrades, migrations, health checks, and ensure availability.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and runbooks; conduct knowledge transfer.

As a CyberArk Engineer, you will be part of our Delivery Services Team, supporting the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in securing privileged accounts, credentials, and sessions while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the CyberArk platform across hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments.

Location: Downtown Dallas, Texas, USA (Hybrid- 3 to 4 days onsite per week)

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and support CyberArk PAM solutions for enterprise environments, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Manage and support CyberArk components such as Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and Disaster Recovery Vault.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to onboard privileged accounts, service accounts, and sensitive credentials.
• Configure password management, session monitoring, privileged access controls, and account lifecycle processes.
• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, ITSM, and cloud platforms.
• Perform upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, health checks, and ensure platform availability and security compliance.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, operational runbooks, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with CyberArk Engineering and Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into PAM solution designs and technical documentation.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows, Linux/Unix, network security, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience onboarding privileged, service, and application accounts and managing credential lifecycle processes.
• Hands‑on experience integrating CyberArk solutions with MFA, SIEM, cloud platforms and third‑party security tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skill
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems while effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Previous consulting experience would be an asset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• CyberArk certifications such as CDE, Defender, or Sentry.
• Experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), or Secrets Management.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.

Previous consulting or client‑facing implementation experience preferred.
