Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Lead CyberArk Engineer for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, identity, and engineering teams to deliver scalable PAM solutions and secure access management for critical assets.

As the technical lead, you will guide CyberArk engineering initiatives, provide architectural direction, drive platform modernization, and mentor engineers across levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering experience.
• PAM Implementations IAM Credential Management, Privileged Session Management, Secrets Management, and Privileged Access Management Exp

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CyberArk engineering initiatives and PAM programs.
• Provide architectural guidance for CyberArk platform capabilities.
• Drive technical strategy, platform modernization, and PAM roadmap.
• Lead design reviews, solution approvals, and governance activities.
