Job summary

TekSynap Corporation seeks a Cyber Workforce Management Analyst to lead talent optimization and policy, aligning with the NICE framework. This role defines standard position roles, builds metrics for readiness, and ensures compliance with DoW mandates for a government contracting program.

The position partners with industry and academia to improve cyber curricula, R&D, and training, supporting enterprise HR and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I compliant certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive cybersecurity or workforce management experience.
• Deep understanding of NICE and its work roles, tasks, and KSAs.
• Ability to develop policy, plans and strategy in line with laws and standards.
• Knowledge of HR, training policies, processes and procedures.
• Experience developing workforce and position qualification standards.
• Ability to apply external best practices from academia and industry.

Responsibilities

• Cyber strategy and policy development aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop standardized position descriptions and qualification standards per NICE.
• Establish data standards to measure workforce readiness and metrics.
• Implement and assess cyber workforce management programs for compliance.
• Leverage external best practices from industry and academia.
