TekSynap is seeking a Cyber Workforce Management Analyst to join our Prime Contract with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The role focuses on policy development, workforce standardization, and compliance with the NICE framework to optimize cyber talent and readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I compliant certification
• 2 years of progressive cybersecurity, workforce management, or human capital experience
• Deep understanding of the National Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (NICE) and KSAs

Responsibilities

• Cyber Strategy & Policy Development: Design and integrate a comprehensive cyber strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals, while actively developing HR and operational policies to govern cyber workforce effectiveness.
• Workforce Qualification & Standardization: Develop standardized position descriptions and refine cyber qualification standards per NICE.
• Readiness Metrics & Data Standards: Establish data standards to collect and analyze workforce readiness and track positions filled with qualified personnel.
• Program Implementation & Compliance: Establish, resource, implement, and assess cyber workforce programs and report Agency Workforce Compliance per DoW requirements.
• Industry Integration & Best Practices: Leverage external organizations and academia to inform internal education policies and workforce capabilities.
