• Run a client's vendor portfolio end to end, taking in every request to evaluate, buy, or renew third-party technology, with no spend too small to handle.
• Own vendor engagement directly: source options, request proposals, and work commercial terms across the portfolio.
• Lead negotiations and pricing discussions ahead of contract execution, bringing market context to the table so the client never negotiates blind.
• Pull comparative analysis and benchmark pricing for each decision, working with our analyst and market intelligence teams to ground recommendations in real data.
• Keep the platform as the system of record, with contract values, terms, renewal timelines, and vendor contacts in one current, auditable place.
• Track renewals across the portfolio and move the client from reacting to dates as they land to planning for them months out.
• Coordinate across the client's IT, security, finance, and procurement teams to validate needs, line up approvals, and keep decisions moving.
• Hand every purchasing decision and signature back to the client. You operate the process; they approve the outcome.
