Job summary

Millennium Corporation seeks a Cyber Training Instructor to join our Huntsville team, delivering hands-on cybersecurity courses with Battlegrounds materials and contributing to curriculum development.

Ideal candidates have 3 years Red Teaming or Defensive Cyber Operations and 2 years teaching experience, plus strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 20%. Competitive pay and security clearance eligibility offered.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• 3 years’ experience with Red Teaming or Defensive Cyber Operations.
• 2 years’ experience instructing cybersecurity courses/curriculum.
• Offensive or Defensive professional certifications or certificates.
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity training courses using proprietary training materials and Battlegrounds platform.
• Administer certification examinations to students.
• Maintain Battlegrounds environments to support training.
• Support lab and scenario environments for non-student clients.
• Develop and refine Battlegrounds scenarios based on approved designs.
