Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Cyber Training Instructor in Huntsville, AL, with remote work possible for experienced candidates willing to travel to the office. You will deliver engaging cybersecurity training using proprietary materials and Battlegrounds labs, and contribute to ongoing curriculum development.

The role requires 3 years in Red Teaming/Defensive Cyber Ops, 2 years instructing, and relevant certifications; strong communication and teamwork are essential, with ability to work on camera

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with Red Teaming or Defensive Cyber Operations.
• 2 years' experience instructing cybersecurity courses/curriculum.
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• Professional appearance and comfortable on camera in k>fivefour content.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in high performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; navigate complex compliance issues.
• Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's objectives.

Millennium Corporation is seeking a Cyber Training Instructor to join our team in Huntsville, AL. We are also open to considering experienced remote candidates who are willing to travel to our Huntsville office as needed. The Cyber Training Instructor supports k>fivefour's cybersecurity training program by delivering engaging, hands-on instruction using proprietary course materials and the Battlegrounds learning management and lab environment. This role also contributes to the ongoing review, enhancement, and development of existing and new cybersecurity curriculum.

Key duties

• Deliver cybersecurity training courses using k>fivefour's proprietary training materials and hands-on Battlegrounds platform.
• Administer certification examinations to students.
• Maintain Battlegrounds environments to support student training and instruction.
• Support the provisioning of Battlegrounds lab and scenario environments for non-student Battlegrounds customers.
• Perform pre- and post-class activities, including
• Preparing classrooms and training environments for instruction.
• Preparing and organizing student materials.
• Coordinating shipment of training materials as needed.
• Cleaning and resetting classrooms following training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine Battlegrounds scenario designs.
• Develop Battlegrounds scenarios based on approved requirements and designs.
• Support Battlegrounds administrators with the deployment of student environments and ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
• Contribute to the development of new cybersecurity course content, training materials, and instructional designs.
• Review and recommend updates to existing curriculum to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• 3 years' experience with Red Teaming or Defensive Cyber Operations
• 2 years' experience instructing cybersecurity courses/curriculum
• Offensive or Defensive professional certifications or certificates
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) preferred
• Professional appearance and comfortable being on camera and in k>fivefour video content
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in working in high performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex compliance issues
• Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
