Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Training Developer to drive a multi-year technical training program and magnify cyber training capabilities for clients. You will collaborate with military leadership and technical experts to build, validate, and deliver hands-on training for advanced learners across a collaborative team.

A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, along with technical and instructional design expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
• 2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems.
• Experience creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of training content development or instructional scenarios.
• Experience with the development, deployment, operations, maintenance, training, or administration of Windows or Unix-based operating systems.
• Experience with assessing student understanding, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency in the subject.
• Ability to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations for a broad range of audiences.
• Ability to navigate in an ambiguous, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

You Have:

3+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)

2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems

Ability to adapt content development and delivery to a variety of audiences

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Possession of excellent organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and client-management skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
