Job summary

Peraton seeks a Cyber Trainer/Planner to support ARCYBER G2 training, delivering instruction on cyberspace operations, IA, and EW/CEMA from Fort Gordon, GA. The role involves updating curriculum, integrating scenarios, and coordinating worldwide training events with a focus on security clearances.

Candidates should have extensive cyberspace operations experience, instructor qualifications, and the ability to work with multiple units to keep curriculum current. Top Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in cyberspace operations, Information Operations, and/or Electronic Warfare.
• Ability to teach cyber and IA topics; instructor background or training preferred.
• Experience coordinating and delivering course content worldwide via MTT, virtual, or in-residence formats.
• Ability to integrate with ARCYBER G2 and Cyber Military Intelligence Group curriculum teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction on intelligence support to cyberspace operations, IA, and CEMA.
• Integrate real-world scenarios into course materials and practical exercises.
• Identify skill gaps and update course content accordingly; maintain materials per policy.
• Provide Training and Readiness Oversight (TRO) and coordinate travel for worldwide exercises.

Location: Fort Gordon, GA.Tasks include:Provide instruction on intelligence support to cyberspace operations, Inforamation Advantage (IA) and EW/Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), and intelligence-related subject areas.Integrate real world scenarios and concepts into course materials, presentations, and practical exercises.Identify emerging skill gaps within the cyber, intelligence, and IA communities, and recommend updates to course content.Maintain course materials in accordance with policies and standards.Identify and recommend innovative solutions to training issues, including course delivery, course development, data analytics, and IT planning for training / educational environments to enhance intelligence capabilities.Provide Training and Readiness Oversight (TRO).QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS with 16 years of experience or Associates with 14 years of experience.Demonstrated experience in cyberspace operations, Information Operations, and/or Electronic Warfare. Prefer a candidate who can teach both cyber and IA topics.Instructor background or instructor trainedAble to coordinate and deliver course content worldwide via an MTT, electronic method/virtual, or in residence at a government designated location and in coordination with multiple unitsAble to integrate with analysts and teams in the ARCYBER G2 and Cyber Military Intelligence Group to keep current and future curriculum development relevantAble to support travel requirements to support worldwide exercisesActive TS with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI, polygraph and MEAD clearanceU.S. Citizenship RequiredPreferred:Instructor qualified through the Army Basic Instructors course or equivalentAt least 10 years of general military intelligence analysis, OR 5 years of cyber network operations/analysis experienceProficient in providing detailed written and oral briefings to senior flag officers and decision makersDemonstrated effective communication skills in accordance with ICD 203 (Analytical Standards)Certified in at least one of the following: NET+, SEC+, or equivalentKnowledge of the TCP/IP and OSI modelsTarget Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
