Job summary

ProSync seeks a Cyber Tools Lead to deploy, integrate, sustain, tune, and optimize cybersecurity tools that support DoS monitoring, scanning, automation, logging, and visibility.

The role oversees deployment, maintenance, and tool maturity across scanning, SIEM, log aggregation, endpoint management, and orchestration, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and architecture planning. A CISSP or equivalent is required, with vendor certs preferred and a Secret clearance expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' engineering experience in cyber tools.
• CISSP, GCIA, or GCIH or equivalent certification required.
• Vendor certifications in Splunk/Tenable/Elastic/Linux/Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cybersecurity tools.
• Oversee maturity of tools supporting scanning, SIEM, log aggregation, endpoint management, and orchestration.
• Ensure tool implementations align with DoS enterprise standards.
• Work with architecture teams to plan upgrades and new tool deployments.
• Vendor coordination for tool support.
