Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a passionate Cyber Tools Lead to drive deployment, integration, sustainment, tuning, and optimization of cybersecurity tools critical for DoS monitoring, scanning, automation, logging, and visibility. The role emphasizes tool lifecycle, security standards, and coordination with architecture teams.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years' cyber tool engineering experience, CISSP/GCIA/GCIH or equivalent, and vendor certs in Splunk/Tenable/Elastic/Linux/Cloud.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' engineering experience in cyber tools.
• A CISSP, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent certification is required.
• Vendor specific certification in Splunk, Tenable, Elastic, Linux, Cloud, etc. is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cybersecurity tools.
• Ensures tool maturity aligns with DoS enterprise standards.
• Works with architecture teams to plan upgrades and new tool deployments.
• Tool lifecycle management and configuration baseline enforcement.
• Tool tuning and dashboard oversight; integration planning with production environments.
• Vendor coordination for tool support.
