Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a CTOC Triage Analyst to perform initial triage and analysis of cyber threat reports to protect infrastructure and data. You will monitor alert queues, perform remediation, and ensure health of signal ingestion across tools.

The role requires 2 years of cloud security experience, proficiency with multiple security tools, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Some after-hours work or on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with security features of cloud services.
• Experience with two or more of: PowerShell, XDR, SIEM/SOAR, Trellix HBS, Splunk, or similar tools.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alert queues for sensitive assets and known attacker campaigns
• Perform automated and manual remediation of adverse events
• Ensure the health of signal ingestion across customer and third-party tools
• Collaborate with other teams to elevate incidents and recommend improvements to response techniques and automation playbooks
