Quantum Sky in the United States is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Lead to support the DC3 CFL mission, focusing on digital forensics, cyber investigations, malware analysis, and cyber defense operations. You will coordinate DoD-DCISE efforts and lead critical intel analysis initiatives.

As a senior contractor representative, you will ensure rigorous analysis, threat-hunting, and rapid reporting while guiding a team of cyber analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading intelligence analysis efforts in all-source cyber analysis over the last decade.
• Experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Experience with malware/network analysis and indicators.
• Knowledge of OSINT and closed-source intelligence collection and data fusion.
• Experience with threat actor knowledge and persistence techniques.

Quantum Sky is searching for a Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Leadto support the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Cyber Forensics Laboratory (CFL) mission supporting digital forensics, cyber investigations, intrusion analysis, malware analysis, cyber defense operations, and mission-critical DFIR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Contractor representative for the DoD–Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) executive leadership.
• The DC3/DCISE Technical Task Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor’s performance and shall assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years with scanning tools (i.e., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning, and performing queries, pivoting on indicators, and malware analysis on characteristics (Message-Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5), Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA1), file size, file name, file paths, etc.).
• Experience in the last ten years with intelligence analysis processes, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed-source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.
• Experience in the last ten years conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and encryption and how they are used by Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) threat actors.

Clearance:

• Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance Required.

Compensation:

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between 150,000-200,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
